I think that they should offer it to the public first and then offer it to the deep pocketed guys..

(People) should stand on Organic Law as the color of law statutes has no bearing upon them regardless of contract. I commend Matt for his tenacity and willingness to stand up for fundamental substance such as standing, limitations of fictional, corporate entities stealing from the People. Most lawyers should never be in a court room let alone be allowed to deal with the public as they have no clue as to standing or capacity. Matt’s a shining star and I’m not to fond of lawyer. Matt is a good man

in Chisolm vs Georgia 100 US 1 it is made clear that the People are not a party to the Constitution. The people, unless they have been reduced to some chattel or the property is somehow in an entity created by way of the birth certificate and not subject to statutory confiscation. I would presume that any lawyer that asserted this position would find themselves harassed in more than just their bar card. The banks are operating under color of law and a lawyer when dealing with an inhabitant

People misspeak when they state that people have rights given to them by the Constitution. This statement is patently false. The People are Sovereign and the State is subordinate to the People. The Organic Laws of the United States of America have their bedrock in the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation which are both alive and well and declared as Organic laws at the Statutes At Large.

But Matt you gave up the right to “free speech” when you became a member of the Florida Bar. It’s the price of admission to becoming an attorney. If you want “free speech” give up your bar card. You can’t have it both ways. Also, for months you tell stories of doors being being kicked down by the banks but never provide any proof that this is going on.
